Your local anchor man just announced news that your government will be voting on a bill that would require the mandatory labelling of food products produced with genetically modified ingredients. Adding this labeling could have a far reaching effect on such things as genetically modified food production, public health as well as environmental risks and benefits. There is also many issues surrounding supply and demand of these crop products.

 

This news has everyone in an uproar. Humanatarians, environmentalists, religious groups, your local health enthusiasts, grocers and farmers (to name a few) are vying to have their opinions heard. While others are concerned that they are too uninformed about the issue to choose a side.
